Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items on clearance or sale.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Perishable goods, such as foodstuffs.

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@shopmtmw.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
